The Schumann Resonance

Is showing a lot of energetic patterning around integration with occasional high frequency blasts coming in as a spiking pattern. You can also see a strong area of integration around thd the middle of the graph representing last night. From the night of February 22nd into the early morning of the 23rd. This energetic blast came to only about our Solar Plexus chakra and affecting the upper Levels of our system. You have be feeling as through you have a head cold, sore throat, sore muscles and shoulders.
This is a wonderful time to sit with yourself and ask:
What truths am I not expressing to myself and or those around me?
What burdens am I carrying that I could let go of?
Where am I holding myself back that I could learn to expand further?
We may also be experiencing a timeline jump at the very moment so time and space may feel a bit disjointed. Keep yourself centered and work on grounding and being honest with love, to yourself and to those around you. It’s important to express these truths coming to light so that you can work through them and understand fully what the next steps are on your path moving forward.
Solar activity and Flares have been relatively moderate sitting at 5.5 on the K-index. (The K-Index measuring the geomagnetic disturbances in Earth’s magnetic field driven by coronal mass ejections (CMEs) that tend to accompany solar flares.

The K-Index measures these disturbances on a scale of 0-9 with a level 4 qualifying as a storm and a level 8-9 shows extreme conditions capable of disrupting radio communications and power grids). During these events and solar flares we are being hit with adverse levels of radiation from the sun. Studies suggest that 50% - 75% of people experience noticeable effects, with symptoms commonly appearing 1-2 days before or during the storms. Common reactions can include, but aren’t limited to, slowed blood circulation, blood pressure spikes, headaches, weakness, and dizziness. Elderly individuals often face aggravated chronic conditions. To help minimize health impacts, limit or avoid strenuous exercise during storms, stay hydrated, and prioritize outdoor walks. Eliminate alcohol and salty foods from your diet. Make sure to get 8 hours of sleep and receive gentle neck massages to improve circulation.
With last nights events of the Schumann energies and then yesterday receiving multiple 5.5 level disturbances on the solar flare activity chart please keep these events in mind that you may be feeling extra tired, unwell, and or emotional simply due to the energies your body is working through currently. Now lets add another layer to this frequency salad -
The Moon has been a waxing crescent in Pisces. An emotional water sign. You may be either feeling like you and or life is currently falling apart, OR you could be taking this energy as a spring board for a new start. Taking a new lease on what is to come and finding a better, more easily laid out path to your goals.

Using this time to build courage and take those first few steps in a new direction for yourself is well advised as the next moon sign energy we’re entering into is Taurus. Which brings us grounded courage and a more steady energy to focus on our priorities and enjoyment in life. This is all perfectly timed Mercury Retrograde coming to a start on February 26th and a total lunar eclipse on March 3rd! So hold onto your seats - because if you haven’t been working on your emotional release and healing you’ll be made to wade through it over this next month. Don’t be surprised when ex’s and past friends come back to tie up lose ends. Or if you’re feeling a pull to reach out to a few of your own past friends or relationships. It’s typically a chance to square up any mess, either patch things up or remember why you left it in the first place.
So take the time to slow down a bit, restructure your priorities, set your goals in motion by finding you own path of least resistance and remember to release your burdens in order to get everything started on a healthier foot for this next month!
A very powerful way to release emotional blockages of pain, trauma, and grief is by using a technique that engages your conscious and your subconscious minds simultaneously. Utilized by Native American tribes for ages and even studied for their effectiveness - a releasing ceremony.
1. Write a list of the situations, people, or sadnesses you’ve been carrying
2. Gather natural items (stones, sticks, leaves, etc.) and name the items for what you’ve written on your list
3. Go to a place to release these emotions - a river, body of water, forest, or other place you can be alone with your emotions.
4. As you hold each item visualize pushing your emotion into it, verbally stating what you’re letting go of. That it is separate from you, and that you will no longer carry it forward on your path.
5. When you are ready, throw this item away from you to fully release it.
6. Continue this ceremony until you have released each item with the corresponding item on your list.
7. Now breathe, ground, and come back to center before leaving this space and thank mother nature for holding space for you during your renewal.
When we engage our hearts, mind, body, and soul - we engage our nervous system and subconscious mind. Our subconscious mind speaks much more clearly in symbolism than in verbal communication. So engage with it in it’s own language and watch your life take off in the direction of your choosing! <3
